The company is entitled to cancel any placed orders if we deem such action necessary. This can occur due to several reasons. For instance, our on-site pharmacist or doctor may consider the order inaccurate. Similarly, we may decline your order if the account or order seems suspicious. However, we will issue a refund immediately if we reject a placed order. The company will credit the refund(s) to the technique used for the initial payment. Note that it can take more than seven days to process a refund successfully.
The Process of Returning Orders
According to numerous laws, our company forbids reusing returned medication. As we are legally obliged to follow the law, we simply can not accept returned orders. Furthermore, if we accept a returned product, we may not be able to offer any refunds. To avoid reuse, a pharmacist must destroy returned medication or treatment that has left the company grounds. Suppose you could not receive your order due to some complication or are getting your order redelivered to a different location. In that case, you must contact our messenger services to confirm the request. Similarly, we will post your medication to the same or an alternative address. You should send us the package back within a 30-day window.
Returning Orders by Post
Customers and clients are allowed to return their orders via post. They are required to pack them up the same way they received them. The treatment should be bundled up appropriately. Please remember to mention your full name, order number, and address on the package you intend to return.
Spoiled or Incorrect Goods
Suppose your placed order has reached you unsatisfyingly – in terms of quality or quantity. In that case, you are advised to contact us via our customer services as soon as possible, especially if you suspect that the ordered goods are spoiled or incorrect. However, you must report such cases within 10 days of receiving the order. Once you have contacted us, we will investigate and offer you the options of either reimbursement or replacement.
The Consumer Rights Act states that customers are entitled to a fiscal return on goods damaged during shipping. This fiscal return is valid for 30 days after you receive the goods. We will issue a refund once you have returned the goods.
